2) Bottom pockets and seams are sonically welded to prevent opening. Radio frequency welding eliminates stitching that pulls fabric, punches holes and can easily fail.
3) All rollers and mechanisms exceed industry standards. This insures that there will be less flexing and less bowing. Oversized 38 and 44 MM diameter rust proof aluminum rollers help the shade roll correctly by eliminating yarn squirming.
4) Keyed metal rollers provide a positive drive to the clutch eliminating internal mechanism slippage
