I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the expert help when I ordered my solar shades. They fit perfectly and work just the way they were designed to. If it had been left up to me, I would gotten the wrong size, wrong color, wrong openness and would have been very sorry. Just wanted to tell you how well your shades are working for us! They installed quite easily; actually, very easily, except that the windows were so high. They fit perfectly, and they work just as we hoped. On snowy days we raise them up so we can see the snow, but most other days and nights they just stay down, and yet we can still see the trees through them. Thank you for all your help in ordering them and getting them to us!

This is just to let you know I was able to install our solar screens without any problem and that they are working perfectly. The light color was a good choice. The two blinds work well with the joiner - the load isn't a problem. The sensor and remote system was quite straightforward and is working flawlessly. Because we have so little wind when it is sunny I am holding off on installing the side cables to see whether circumstances require them.

Long time since we talked - here we are on the last day of April '07 and the motorized solar screen we purchased from you last fall - was just installed. It works great! The electrician who installed it - was impressed with the quality of the motorized unit and controls, plus the ease of installation. The shades arrived Thursday and were installed today. They look great! Moreover, they work exactly as expected. No more sun glare, a bit more privacy and no more arguments with my wife about awnings! When they are rolled up you hardly notice them. If it were not for the chains, no one standing on my porch or balcony would even know they are there.

Hi Carla,
I received the shades yesterday and immediately installed them. The measurements were perfect and the installation was easy (except standing on a 20 foot ladder for the upper windows, which was a little scary). Even though it was snowing yesterday, I can tell that the shades will save us a TON of money in the summer, not to mention saving our furniture from sun fading.
