OEM PLEATED SKYLIGHT LIMITED WARRANTY

• Pleated Skylight Shades: Three Years (Includes cords, fabric and restringing for manually operated and motorized shades.)
• Standard Hardware: One year (Brackets, rings, handles)
• Motorized Components: One year

OEM's obligations with respect to the express warranties and remedies contained herein are conditioned on the following:

Product which is less than the minimum or more than the maximum size as set forth by North Solar Screen LLC website.

With respect to fabrics, the above warranty is limited to defects which cause fading, oxidation, flaking or discoloration
Defects occurring in OEM's sole judgment as a result of 1) improper installation 2) abuse or misuse 3) normal wear and tear or 4) maintenance and care not in accordance with the instructions included with the product are not covered under the warranty.

OEM disclaims all other warranties, whether arising by law or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties and fitness for a particular purpose.

The sole and exclusive obligation of OEM and North Solar Screen under the above warranty is the repair or replacement of the product or any part of the product. This obligation excludes labor cost in measurement or installation and the cost of returning the product. Neither OEM nor North Solar Screen shall be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use.

If the product requires warranty service it must be returned to OEM together with the original sales slip or other valid proof of the original date of purchase.
