SMART MOTOR FOR MOTORIZED SHADES

The motorized drive mechanism (except for the power cord) is inside the shade roller.
The spring loaded end plug and drive locks the shade into heavy duty brackets. Each shade is controlled by a wireless hand held remote or wall switch. You can control single or multiple units by pressing a button.
The Smart Shade Motor is self-contained with programmable memory and a radio receiver controlled by the remote with a range of 100 feet. Once installed the shade can be set to automatically stop at a mid-point and run to the limit stops. This is a simple installation that eliminates opening walls for relays - an important consideration for finished construction. Motors use about 1.5 amps.
Smart Motor with Bracket and 110V Grounded Cord
Electrical Requirements - 110 Volt grounded outlet (for each shade) must be reasonably close to the window or opening. Motors must be plugged into standard outlets only. Do not "HARD WIRE" to boxes because it will cause problems in setting limits and remotes. Smart Motors includes heavy-duty mounting brackets.
The Smart Motor is shipped with a standard 6 ft. wire and a 110V plug. Longer wires are a special order. 12 ft. wires = $ 32.00, 18 ft. wires = $ 44.00 and 24 ft. wires = $ 60.00.
Money Saving Idea: With the addition of a joiner, motorized shades can be connected as long as they are less than 2" apart. One motor can drive two or more shades depending upon the size and weight. This concept only works when the shades are in exact alignment.
